LBC Express Holdings, Inc. Declares Cash Dividends Totalling P827M
At the
meeting of the Board of Directors of LBC Express Holdings, Inc. held on 19
April 2017, the Board of Directors approved the Corporation’s authority to
declare cash dividends of Fifty Eight Centavos (Php0.58) per one (1)
outstanding common share held by the stockholders.
The
record date of the entitlement to said cash dividends shall be the end of
business day on 19 May 2017 and payment date shall be on 9 June 2017.
With
the total number of common shares at 1,425,865,471, this yields a total cash
dividend pay out P827,002,973 of the company to its shareholders. Unappropriated
retained earnings of the Corporation as of 31 March 2017 was announced as the
source of dividend payment.
